A doctor met his lawyer friend at a party and lamented to
him that when he was at a party, many people described to him
their ailments and asked him for advice on what to do about their
illnesses. He asked the lawyer whether he could bill them for
such advice. The lawyer told him that it was unethical to bill
people with whom he spoke at a party. The next morning, the
doctor received a bill from the lawyer for his consultation!
