1997 - Present: Principal, McCandlish & Lillard, P.C.  Extensive work and experience in all aspects of civil litigation in state and federal courts. Practice area concentrations include medical and professional malpractice; manufacturers and products liability; motor vehicle accident litigation; insurance coverage opinions and litigation; insurance defense; business torts; and general liability.

1990 to 1996: Associate, Litigation Department, Miles & Stockbridge, P.C., 10 Light Street, Baltimore, Maryland. 

1989 to 1990: Associate, Bromley, Greene & Walsh, 1050 Seventeenth Street, N.W., Washington, D.C.  Civil litigation, including research and writing, motions practice, and deposition discovery.


            Admitted to the Ohio Bar, 1989; District of Columbia Bar, 1990; and the Virginia Bar, 1991.  Admitted to practice in the United States Courts of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the District of Columbia Circuit; United States District Courts for the District of Maryland, District of Columbia, and the Eastern District of Virginia; and the United States Court of Federal Claims.
