Swallowed by a Shark
-By Dr.Claude Shema Rutagengwa

A cruise ship in the Caribbean hit a reef off-shore near a
harbor in a heavy storm and was slowly sinking.  The water was
full of sharks, and the captain deliberated with some of the
passengers what to do.  The captain said, "I have lived at sea
my whole adult life, I have experience, I will swim ashore to get
help."  He plunged into the water and was immediately swallowed
by a shark.  A reverend said, "God will protect me."  He plunged
into the water, and was eaten by a shark.  A lawyer jumped into
the water, and suddenly all the sharks swam away, clearing the
way for him to swim ashore.  The people who saw him exclaimed,
"What a miracle!"  The lawyer retorted, "Miracle?  Hell no, it
was professional courtesy."
