Mystery of Creation2.14. The things that help us are the things that do harm to us. That is because matter and systems are such that they are bound within certain limits, which, if transgressed, will change their nature.

25: 2. He has created everything and has ascertained for it a measure.

54:49. Lo! We have created every thing by measure.

41:10. He placed therein firm hills rising above it, and blessed it and measured therein its sustenance in four Days, alike for (all) who ask;

15:21. And there is not a thing but with Us are the stores thereof. And we send it not down save in appointed measure.
13: 8. Allah knows that which every female bears and that which the wombs absorb and that which they grow. And everything with Him is measured.

13:17. He sends down water from the sky, so that valleys flow according to their measure, and the flood bears (on its surface) swelling foam – from that which they smelt in the fire in order to make ornaments and tools rises a foam like to it – thus Allah coins (the similitude of) the true and the false. 23:18. And we send down from the sky water in measure, and We give it lodging in the earth, and lo! We are Able to withdraw it.

43:11. And Who sends down water from the sky in (due) measure, and We revive a dead land therewith. Even so will you be brought forth;

42:27. And if Allah were to enlarge the provision for His slaves they would surely rebel in the earth, but He sends down by measure as He willeth. Lo! He is Informed, a Seer of His bondmen.

55: 7. And the sky He has uplifted; and He has set the measure,
55: 8. That you exceed not the measure,
55: 9. But observe the measure strictly, nor fall short thereof.

57:25. We verily sent Our messengers with clear proofs, and revealed with them the Scripture and the Balance, that mankind may observe right measure.

65: 3. And will provide for him from (a quarter) whence he has no expectation. And whosoever puts his trust in Allah, He will suffice him. Lo! Allah brings His command to pass. Allah has set a measure for all things.

73: 4. Or add (a little) thereto – and chant the Qur’an in measure,

83: 1. Woe to the defrauders:
83: 2. Those who when they take the measure from mankind demand it full,
83: 3. But if they measure to them or weight for them, they cause them loss.
83: 4. Do such (men) not consider that they will be raised again

87: 3. Who measures, then guides;
