Christian Cobar, an average American, was born and raised in the heartland of the Midwest and schooled in New England. After 4 years in the Vietnam War, he began his career in International Business, working and travelling in over 100 countries on every continent except Antarctica. His life changed in 1988, when at the request of the FBI, he began counterintelligence activities in the Soviet Union. Five years later, in 1993, again at the request of the FBI, he shifted to counterterrorism. During the next 15+ years, he worked with the FBI, USSS (Secret Service), DIA (Defense Intelligence Agency), DEA, ATF, CTC (Counterterrorism Center), INTERPOL and NSA. His personal commitment to counterterrorism remains life-long.
